"In 2025, The Roy at 1650 Granville St. in Halifax (a prestigious MURB with 112 residential units and commercial space fronting on Barrington and on Granville St.), retained Bruce McCulloch/MCC Energy Strategies to complete an EV Ready Plan. Not only did the EV Ready Plan meet the requirements for our Efficiency Nova Scotia grant process, but Bruce outlined infrastructures changes that allowed us to implement the project at a fraction of the cost proposed in our Reserve Fund Study. It also was a blueprint for the electrical firms implementing the solution. The EV Ready Plan was great value for money, and The Roy has retained MCC Energy Strategies to assist with a more holistic decarbonization plan for the building."

"Bruce was a key person in the revitalization of the equipment at the BioVectra Facility in Windsor NS. He took charge of sophisticated pharmaceutical reactors, and successfully organized the resources and procedures so that the rebuild took place as planned. "Bruce worked for me as Director Facilities at a major operation, with six large hangars and nine total buildings.
